As the operation of Boat Baltimore LLC and our affiliates or partners necessitates careful coordination of the number of passengers, renters, boats, and/or staff, we ask that you let us know immediately should you need to change your reservation for any reason. If possible, please notify us by both phone at 410-960-4492 and email, info@boatbaltimore.com. Doing so ensures that your notification is received in a timely manner and that we have a record of it so that we can apply the cancellation policy accurately. We will send you an email confirmation of your cancellation. If you wish to reschedule, every effort will be made to reschedule your reservation, within the below stated time period, on a space or vessel available basis and/or at the discretion of the captain.

CANCELLATION OR DELAY OF CHATER OR RENTAL BY BOAT BALTIMORE LLC:

Boat Baltimore LLC and our affiliates or partners reserve the right to cancel or delay any reservation due to weather, safety issues, mechanical problems, or staff issues. If a charter or vessel rental is canceled by us for mechanical or staffing issues, arrangements will be made to reschedule the charter or vessel rental upon availability of future cruises, or to issue a credit equal to 100% of the value of the canceled cruise.  Credit can be applied to future cruise dates.  Credits have no monetary value and will not be issued in cash.  If a charter or vessel rental is canceled due to weather or a weather related issue that is out of our control, no rescheduling, credits, or refund will me made or issued - unless the quest or renter purchased trip insurance through Boat Baltimore LLC or our affiliates or partners.  Cancellation due to safety issues has a broad meaning and is up to the interpretation of the captain.  Safety issues include, but are not limited to, guests being overly intoxicated, engaging in dangerous acts, or threatening the safety and tranquility of passengers and/or crew.  There will be no rescheduling, credits, or refunds made or issued for cancelation due to safety issues.

Cancellations by Boat Baltimore LLC or our affiliates or partners is up to the discretion of the captain and can occur prior to or during the cruise.  Should cancelations be the result of weather, mechanical problems, or staff issues, Boat Baltimore LLC or our affiliates or partners will attempt to relay notice to the guest up to one hour prior to the cruise.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING BY GUEST/RENTER (No Refund Policy): 

1. Reservation Confirmation: Once you make a reservation with Boat Baltimore LLC, it is considered a confirmed booking. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this no refund policy.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings made through our website or via-telephone are non-refundable. This means that once the reservation is made and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason unless pre-arranged or discussed by Boat Baltimore, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, illness, or cancellations.
3. Modification Policy: In case you need to modify your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, any modifications made to the booking, such as changes in dates, times, passengers, or duration of cruise, may be subject to additional charges.These charges will be communicated to you at the time of the modification.
4. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to meet Boat Baltimore LLC on the reserved date at the reserved time without prior notice), deposit will be charged, and no refunds will be given.  Should you arrived within the first hour of cruise time, all effort will be made to provide you a shorter cruise within your arranged time slot.  If passengers arrive more than 60-minutes late, the cruise will be canceled and no refund will be given unless authorized by Boat Baltimore LLC.  
5. Incidentals and Damages: Passengers are responsible for any additional charges incurred during the cruise, such as apparel, food/drinks, or damages to Boat Baltimore LLC property. These charges will be billed to the passenger's credit card on file. Any damages caused by the passenger will be assessed and charged accordingly.
6. Discretionary Refunds: While our policy states that no refunds will be issued, Boat Baltimore LLC reserves the right to make exceptions or provide discretionary refunds in exceptional cases, solely at our discretion, less any cancelation fees incurred by Boat Baltimore LLC.
