Whether you’re a licensed Captain, a First Mate with people skills and sea legs, or just really good at passing snacks and telling dad jokes, we want you on deck.

We’re hiring part-time Captains, First Mates, and Crew for the sailing season. If you're reliable, kind, and can pass a DOT drug test (yes, that includes medical marijuana), we’d love to hear from you. Bonus points if you know the difference between port and starboard. No worries if not—we'll teach you.

Captain (USCG Licensed)

Required:

Valid USCG Master or OUPV license with sailing endorsement
Minimum 1 full season of experience captaining sailboats (30ft+)
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Deep knowledge of navigational rules, emergency procedures, and VHF radio protocols
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Confidence in docking, anchoring, and handling vessels in variable conditions
Ability to pass DOT drug screening and standard background check
