JOIN THE CREW!

Well ahoy there, future crew! If you’re the kind of person who thinks sunscreen is a personality trait, high-fives strangers, and can tie a knot and hold a conversation—welcome aboard.

Boat Baltimore isn’t just a sailing company. We’re a tiny-but-mighty team that mixes good vibes, salty air, and a whole lotta Baltimore charm into every cruise. Whether you’re a licensed Captain, a First Mate with people skills and sea legs, or just really good at passing snacks and telling dad jokes, we want you on deck.

We’re hiring part-time Captains, First Mates, and Crew for the sailing season. If you're reliable, kind, and can pass a DOT drug test (yes, that includes medical marijuana), we’d love to hear from you. Bonus points if you know the difference between port and starboard. No worries if not—we'll teach you.

This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to represent Baltimore from the best seat in the city: the water.
